Today we began Daily Oral Language with a twist.

We are beginning our unit on Suspense using StudySync.

Work on your journals, week 6. Don't forget to label your journal entries 6-1, 6-2, 6-3. Due Wed.

Seedfolks drafts were due yesterday. Today we are editing. You editing checklist for today is on Google Classroom. Whatever you don't finish in class is homework. Be sure to read your story out loud, even if it's to your dog.

Wednesday, September 19

We are working on our posters this week. You will have time in class today and tomorrow and then we will move on.

Homework:
Reading journals are due today. You should have a total of 9 entries completed. Remember to label each entry week#-entry # (3-1, 3-2, 3-3). Let me know if you have any questions.

We are still reading Seedfolks. Today we read "Nora" and "Maricela".

Continue to work on Reading Journals.

We will continue to read Seedfolks and fill out the character chart.
